    US Events Ticket Refund Policy
    Effective as of 12:01AM, March 8, 2011.

  • Ticket refund will ONLY be issued to the original method of payment.
  • Ticket outlets may charge a "processing fee" in addition to the ticket cost.
  • The "processing or service fee" maybe included in the VALUE printed on the ticket.
  • The rate of the "processing or service fee" is 20% of the VALUE printed on the ticket.
  • The "processing or service fee" will not be refunded.

    • Conditions
    (1) Receipt must accompany ticket.
    (2) Ticket refund will only be honored at the original place of purchase.
    (3) All tickets must be returned in the same condition as originally purchased.
    Change of Date:
  • If the event is reschedule by STREET LIFE PROMOTIONS
    **Ticket holder has one of the following options (must meet conditions 1, 2 and 3):
    *****(a)  Refund of ticket
    *****(b)  Retain ticket until next scheduled event
  • If there is an increase in ticket price for the next event, ticket holder will NOT be subjected to new price or price difference.  Ticket will be honored at original purchase price.
    Event Postponement:
  • If the event is postpone due to reasons beyond StreetLife Promotions control, ticket will retain the full original purchase value.
    ******(i)  Ticket will be honored at the next rescheduled date of the original event.
    ***** (ii)  Ticket holder must keep ticket in it's original purchase condition, otherwise, ticket has

    NO VALUE.  NO EXCEPTIONS.


    International Events Ticket Refund Policy
    Effective as of 12:01AM, March 8, 2011.

  • Ticket outlets may charge a "processing fee" in addition to the ticket cost.

  • Patrons may use ticket as credit towards another event either promoted by StreetLife or it's affiliation.
